Spring Dinner Party – 5 years anniversary
This up-coming spring the association officially celebrates its 5 years anniversary.
The dinner party will be held the 10th of May, and tickets will be available from the 28th of April.

Conversation Corner
The conversation corner is up and running as usual, and have been the last few week.
Tonight we are expecting a visit from the mahjong circle, where they will introduce themselves.
Feel free to drop by if you have the time.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 17:15 somewhere in the U-corridor, C-building.

Food event
EAA will host the cooking event on “Vuxenskolans” premises in the city. There you will have the opportunity to participate in cooking the main course and dessert from the last dinner party we hosted, namely five spices rubbed pork file and french toast respectively. We will bring all supplies needed, but if you want a good knife you might want to bring your own.
Prerequisites: To participate you need to be a member of EAA, but there is no need to fret, it is only 20 kr per academic year, and as a member you will get a reduced price on our dinner parties among other things. We can only take 20 participants, and we go by first come first serve. So make sure you decide before the event is filled up.
Date: 23rd of February
Place: Vasavägen 3, in the city
Price: 30 kr
Signup: simpleeventsignup.com

New Board members needed
We have removed all previous prerequisites except of course that you will have to be in Linköping during the whole next academic year, that includes both the autumn 2014 and the spring 2015 semesters. The positions can be found at http://eastasian.studorg.liu.se/about-us/boardmembers/
If you want to apply, nominate someone or have any questions regarding the application, please send us an e-mail at val@eastasian.studorg.liu.se
The new board will be elected during our spring association meeting.

We’re looking for PR-manager, decoration-manager and head chef.
All positions will be working at a budget, and all positions will answer to the event-manager.
It is a team effort, and as such we are helping each other. If someone does not know how to proceed, please ask for help 🙂
As PR-manager you are responsible for producing posters, mail, ticket-stand appearance and more direct approaches to inform potential customers about the event.
The decoration manager is responsible for appearance of the interior and exterior of the premises during the event.
Last but by no means least, the head chef will be responsible for the kitchen and the kitchen personnel as well as decide on the menu together with committee. That means, planing a budget for the food, and coming up with a few different alternatives.
